Come On, Cummins Falls!

Only about 1.5 hours outside of Nashville - Cummins Falls is the perfect day trip!

They make you watch a 5 minute training video as hiking down to the falls is pretty treacherous. It's about 1.5 miles to HIKE to the base of the falls.

Recommended Packing List:

• Water shoes or old tennis shoes - I'm serious, I watched people do this in flip flops and they were having the worst time. The rocks are sharp and slippery!

• Water Bottle

• Snacks

• Towel (maybe leave in the car)

• Sunscreen

• Bug Spray would've been amazing

They don't allow coolers or alcohol.
